The Mother Wound: Releasing Generational Patterns Through Ancestral Clearing
Date: Thursday, May 14
Time: 6:30–8:30 PM CDT
Location: Live on Zoom
Replay: Available for all who register
There are patterns that didn’t begin with you.
Ways of overgiving.
Ways of staying silent.
Ways of bracing for disconnection, even in moments meant for love.
These patterns often live in the mother line—passed not only through words and behaviors, but through the body… through the nervous system… through the unspoken agreements about what it means to be safe, to belong, to be worthy.
This is what many call the mother wound.
🌿 In this workshop, we will explore:
- How the mother wound shows up in everyday life (people-pleasing, anxiety, over-responsibility, emotional suppression)
- The connection between generational trauma and nervous system patterns
- A guided ancestral clearing process to release inherited emotional imprints
- What it means to reclaim your voice, boundaries, and internal sense of safety
This work honors both the burdens and the resilience carried through your lineage.
You are not here to carry it all forward.
You are here to choose.
🌿 This space may support you if:
- You feel caught in repeating emotional or relational patterns
- You struggle to hold clear boundaries without guilt
- You sense your healing is connected to family or ancestral dynamics
- You are ready for a process that is gentle, grounded, and deeply integrative
🌿 What you may walk away with:
- A deeper awareness of your mother-line patterns
- A felt sense of release, clarity, and nervous system settling
- Language for what you’ve been experiencing but couldn’t quite name
- A renewed connection to your authentic voice and inner authority
